Everyone at Noosa has been fantastic but Gary and Josh are standouts. Gary was very professional and explained everything about his recommendations. He was thorough and even came back for a followup to make sure the baits were taking effect. He helped fill some holes that mice could get in and checked the crawl space and attic completely. I highly recommend Noosa. I found them through recommendations of a private Facebook group of Moms.. You know Moms, we like to tell the good and the bad! And I had just had a terrible experience with a company that had been doing (or not doing) my pest control for over 10 years and several people recommended Noosa. I am very happy with the guys at Noosa!

Taylor Cook did an inspection that was so thorough and helpful to me. He assured me that I did not have a serious bug problem causing my hives, and unlike other competitors in the field, he did not try to over sell me! WOW! I saw a bug on Monday morning and texted Johanna to set up a visit for an exterminator to come out, she could have someone to my house on Tuesday, but with work and life we needed Thursday. This is the second time we have used the Noosa for Termite inspection, I must say each time we have received excellent service and results. Taylor Cook was our Technician, he was polite, very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. We appreciate the company and the response time when booking appointments, and timely manner and efficiency of the technician. We will definitely use the company again, we are looking forward to making the switch to the other services they provide.

I called Noosa after trying a few other companies. Customer Service was a big help. I had many questions and they were helpful and patient with me. Chris came out to our home. He was great. We were so pleased with the quality of work he provided. He even did our attic where he found roach droppings which we never would have known about. He used an extender with a brush attachment and cleaned off the webs on the outside of our windows. This service was above and beyond. Thanks guys!

Had an initial home inspection for outdoor carpenter ants. Matt did an awesome job of locating the source and providing me options of treatments. He also provided me an overview and details for yearly pest control at my request. I highly recommend Noosa for their customer service. Had Noosa perform a carpenter ant treatment as a result of seeing a few more large ants near the house. Gary was the treatment professional and did an awesome job! He reevaluated the carpenter ant problem and gave me a lot more information about the ants to make me feel more comfortable with the treatment. The treatment was quick and professional. I hope this resolves my carpenter ant issue. Noosa also offered to call me and come back out for another inspection if I had any concerns. I highly recommend Noosa for their carpenter ant treatment.

I’ve been using Noosa for a little over a year and they have not disappointed. All of the service techs are friendly and take the time to speak with me about any concerns I may be having with my home. They’re also no hassle to get back out should you experience and issue in between treatments.

Kevin was our technician and took extra time to understand the history of the house and the serious rodent issues we had. He made sure that EVERY bait station was filled outside and inside the house. He really knows his stuff and answered all of our questions. I am confident things are under control now. We've been with Noosa since 2014 and have been extremely satisfied customers. Very accommodating and very fair!

Noose Pest Control was not only prompt but professional. I needed a termite inspection at the last minute in support of closing on a home purchase and they delivered! Taylor was thorough, pleasant, and even worked with me on the price, which was a nice surprise. I would absolutely use them again for any future needs!

We had Matt come over today and he was great!!! Inspected all living areas and attics also sprayed those areas. Matt even checked the crawl space for us. After he did the inside he went around the whole house on the outside and also did the garage. He also was very professional and informative with any questions we had. Very happy Noosa !!!!

Noosa, was able to schedule me the day after I called for an appointment. Dean, (our technician) was on time, and very knowledgeable. He surveyed the entire house and property while preforming the extermination and helped educate us on what to look for in the future. Excellent job!
